Weatherby XXII ???
Recently purchased a Weatherby XXII 22 rifle. Overall the gun is great, and shoots good too. The only complaint is that the trigger seems to have quite a bit of travel before it breaks. It's smooth all the way, just long. I can't find an after market one, so I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions or advice. Thanks in advance.
EDIT: Serial number is N62380, so if my info is correct it was made by NIKKO in 1972. Thanks RF.

You might consider being more specific. The MK XXII's were made over a period of years, by at least 3,(maybe more?), manufacturers. This was in Italy, Japan and the U.S.
Although they were similar cosmetically. I don't believe their internal mechanisms were all the same?0
