This one, I think is a .45 Witness mag:

  The .22 mag looks like a generic Triple K. The rectangular recess in the left side is made for the H-S Duramatic pistols. After the mid 50's, all H-S mags had a similar recess.
  
  If it doesn't fit/function in H-S's? Triple K might have used it to make a similar magazine, to fit another pistol?
