Colt lightning ???

Going to be listing a Colt small frame lightning in 22lr shortly. Serial number is 9204, and according to the proof house link in the ATE forum it puts it at a 1890 dom if I'm reading it correctly. So this would be pre 1898 so no FFL is required on the receiving end correct? Thanks.

  Yep, you're good. And, it's Pre-January 1,1899, not 1898, to be an antique.

  Way nicer and in far better shape than the one I worked on 30 years ago. Good bore is very rare.
