daisy air rifle
This is waaaaay out of my area of expertise, so I'm counting on you guys. Daisy Model 27, chrome plated lever action, no forend, stamped Plymouth Michigan, "Daisy 1000 shot", pat date Aug 17, 1915. Chrome is intact and in vg condition except for left front and bottom of receiver and left side of barrel at muzzle. Wood undamaged but missing finish in spots. Cocks and shoots strong. This piece belongs to a friend of mine and wants to sell it. Any idea of value, and where is a good place to market it? (I need to stick to double barrels !!!)

I have a vintage lever action Daisy 101 with a 2 over stamped over top the second 1 (102) ,plastic stock with a round medallion molded in on each side , a sliding door at the butt covering a small compartment , it also has a faded green sling , and on the barrel there is a series of 25 0r 30 small vertical lines stamped . over stamping a word or two. Also the word repeater seems to be out of line with the rest of the stamping. ( I hope this all makes sense to you.) this gun functions well. I what I have collectable or just a factory goof up.? 0 -
