Corner tear repaired, but less than pro job by another before I got it, never seen one before, tape will remain as removal might cause printed script to be removed or cause further damage to the card... rare item or not ?? ?? ??
Card has odor of being stored somewhere for a while.

It would be considered as firearms, "e?phem?er?a". There are folks, that collect all ephemera related to a specific firearms.
Years ago, when I still lived in California. There use to be a dealer from the east coast, who specialized in firearms ephemera. He would come out to the big summer show in Anaheim, put on by Bienfeld. His table, would be just loaded with all kinds of various gun documents and paperwork.
Never personally seen anything similar, to your Model 51 piece though. My WAG is that it probably dates to the 1920's though.0 -
The Savage pistols Model 10 came with both Savage tube of grease
and a booklet Pictures on front with a bay guy and good guy with the words IT BANISHES FEAR 10 quick shots gun makers did not worry about the P.C. left wing population because most people of[^] the time had Common sense0 -
