Shipping Ammo Sold on GunBroker

I know ammo cannot be shipped by USPS and about the cheapest I can ship 2 boxes of 22 ammo that I sold on GB is $15.00 UPS..I just bought some on GB and the shipping was $8. I see other listings with $8 shipping as well, so how are they able to ship for that price ?

  look at STICKY about 6 items above you on this forum SHIPPING AMMo
  some people have a Business account and both ups and fedX give them lower prices
