28mm Scope
Hello All,
I've got a set of Buehler scope rings that measure 28mm/1.110"/Code 16 and trying to figure out who makes a scope they would fit. Talked to Bob Ray, who still runs the company and said they were produced in '55 but not for who. He also checked over 600 scopes made but came up with nothing over 26mm. So, I thought to ask here. Thank you.
Jim

Get some 1mm shim stock. One wrap will fit a 26mm scope.
Brass would be non marking to the scope.0 -
Found two models of German "Hensoldt" brand scopes from the early 1950s which were listed in "Old Rifle Scopes" as having 28mm tubes. 0 -
Yeah, it was one of those hindsight things. Look to the books. Zeiss has one too. Thanks for the help. 0
