winchester model-42 trap delux 1936 unfired
the new blue book dosnt give a value for prototypes. i have a perwar 410 pump in trap/delux pictures can be seen on e-bay , its a solid 99% gun. blue book shows around 20,000 for a delux trap unfired. but no perwar or prototype. ???? ron b/c canada p/s also picked up a weatherby 22 semi 1963 roys ist desighn .and the best for last a 256 newton sigle trigger bolt take down, with a steal squre winchester butt. MR LARANCE WALES thinks its a cusom shop 1916 era rifle.

First thing to do is get that gun off E-bay, before they lock your account up. This is the auction site of choice, and higher profit, here on GunBroker.com, anyway.
Second thing to do is post some photo's here in this forum, as we have at least two of the top 5 ANYTHING Winchester experts on the planet that frequent this forum. One goes by Bert H, who has written several articles for WACA, and is in the third or fourth edition, of the Red Book of Winchester, series, which will give you way better information than the blue book, of laughs.

I did a search on eBay when he first posted this and didn't find anything other than parts & some ads.0
