redfield scopes
Can anyone tell me who works on vintage Redfield USA made scopes? Appreciate any info.. Terrill.

Does anyone know if redfield still honor the lifetime warranty on thier old scopes "before they were bought out" i have a 3-9x50 thats got blurry all of a sudden...thanks in advance 0 -
Yes they sure were. Disgruntled employees back in that day, instead of going back and shooting up the place, went into competition, and started a new business. Leupold's disgruntled employees, are responsible for two outstanding scope manufacturer start ups, one was Redfield, and the other is Burris. 0 -

Redfield started making scopes when they purchased the Kollmorgan Optical Company in 1959.
Don Burris stated Burris Optics in 1972 when he left as managing partner of Redfield Gunsight Company.0
