Ithaca combination gun by Tikka

Have an unusual Ithaca combination made by Tkka. Like their turkey combo but this weapon is chambered in 3030 and 20ga. Cannot find info anywhere. A customer told me only a dozen were imported but I cannot confirm that. Help/ info appreciated

  I think you have a rare gun. The only ones I have ever seen were
  12 GA/.222
