Remington 870 Special Field

wanting to know if there was ever any slug barells made for this gun? I know the regular Remington barells will NOT fit. Thanks for the info.

  AFAIK there wasn't any made, but the lug on a regular 870 slug barrel could be moved back pretty easily. I got a new rifled 870 slug barrel here, would just need the measurement of how far the back of the lug is from the breech

  If its a Special Field, it has a shorter Rem Choked barrel anyway. You have the perfect slug gun as it sits. Get a sturdy saddle mount, and put a Burris fast fire red dot sight on it, and it will rock.
