In April, I will be moving from Australia to WV, Charles Town.

I have a lot of old, good quality guns, and was looking for reputable smith/shop in the area in case I needed one. Any suggestions.

  I suspect that Charles Town, being about 5,000 people, might be a tad small to support a good gunsmith. However, being that this is West Virginia, there should be a number of shops available within a decent drive.

  are you moving to Charles Town or Charleston they are over 200 miles apart Charles town is very close to WINCHESTER VA.

  Charles Town, as in next to Harper's Ferry. I've been told there is a pretty good guy in HF, specializing in Civil War stuff, so that's a start.

  One place to check out is Navy Arms in Martinsburg WV, about 16 miles from Charles Town. They have a website
