CT Firearms LAW QUESTION
hello, need to find someone versed in ct firearms law. I sold a mak-90 to someone in ct. they and there ffl says that it is legal for me to send. the info to prove this that they sent me, tells me nothing of the sort. looks from my research that it may be ok?, but its such a gray area and fine line. just thinking of returning money. thinking better safe than sorry! but if its legal??? any thoughts, thanks

It doesn't matter if it's legal for the buyer, all that matters is that it's legal to send to the ffl. 0 -
