AR-15 flat-top iron sights. Help!

My brother has a AR-15 with flat top and picatinny gas block, trying to find an iron sight set. His dilemma - the gas block rail is 3/8" lower than the receiver rail.

Everything I've found (so far) requires mounting on the same plane. Can anyone point me to a set that has the front slightly higher than the rear? Thanks.

  Never mind, got it. Needed to do a bit more research before posting here. Just need a front sight configured to fit a low-profile gas block.

  Thanks, I was wondering how you would do that. I dont like the way the receiver height gas blocks look.
