Loose choke tube problem?

My duck gun choke keeps loosening up after a few shots, what can fix this problem I'm sure this can't be good on the choke and especially the barrel. Any thoughts on what works? Jim.

  Are you sure its the right tube. Are you using a tool to tighten it in place? Are you using the metal filled choke tube lube on the threads?
