4 and 8 bore shells
is any one making 4 and 8 bore brass shells.

8 gauge papers were/are around. They calibrate geophones in the ground with a slug fired into the dirt.
I bet they could make them easy with a CNC machine. I saw a 3 gauge Greener double at the Carson City museum as a kid. Had like 3 brass and 2 paper shells with it on in the display.0 -
Remington made 8 gauge kiln gun ammo for years. The recently made ones, that I have seen photos of are plastic.
Whether they made older ones, years ago. Out of full length metal shells ago, I couldn't say?
As Charlie notes. If you need full length metal shells today. Probably be easier and cheaper, to have them custom made.0 -
