Don't mind it at all, that's the fun part.0 -
What's a .30 LARA look like?
Sure are some pretty dies. Nice things are, . . . , nice. [:D]0 -

Sorry for the very late response, it's basically a .300 Jarrett with 37.5 degree shoulder angle.
L: .300 Win Mag with 190 Berger VLD
M: Factory .300 WBTY with 180 SP
R: .30 Lara with 220 ELD-X seated
Not to scale but suffice for visual comparison with .300 Ackley (.300 WBTY with 40 degree shoulder angle)
Cheers!0 -
If you can get some 300 H&H brass/ammo, you can also fireform it from them (considering that the 300 WBY is nothing but a 300 H&H improved) 0 -

You are correct! I have Whidden custom hydraulic forming die that allows me to form 8MM Rem Mag, 7MM STW, .375H&H, .300 H&H, 358 STA, .416 Rem Mag and off in pinch shoot factory .300 WBTY ammo. In addition, I can use .300 Jarrett brass too. However, the .300 H&H poses the most challenge.
