Primer pockets 44 Spl. & 44 Mag. Brass ?????

Are all the primer pockets in 44 Special & 44 Mag the Large type? or are they made in Small primer pockets as well?

  Way long time ago I had a batch that needed reamed to take a LP primer without damaging the primers.

  I have loaded lots of both .44spl and mags and always encountered large primer cases, but that's not to say some company won't start making them with small.
  
  I have found .45 acp brass that uses small primers. These, I think are NT or Non Toxic ammo for indoor ranges. So anything is possible.

  way back when, who knows (.44 spl.), .44 mags have always been large pistol. I load for .38/40 and .44/40 and have them both ways.

  I have not seen any 44/40 or 38/40 with small primer pockets.
