Venezuelan President Maduro - "strong man and dictator" [:D]

Says: Trump has put out a hit on me,, or something to that effect. In the past, Maduro has accused others, who will remain unnamed, of the same thing.

My advice; Trump isn't one to thoughtlessly "hurl threats" against people (unlike previous U.S. presidents.) and should Madura be correct, it's time for him to step down or at least stay hidden.

In a televised broadcast alongside members of his United communist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Maduro claimed that the Trump administration has asked Colombian President Ivan Duque to help organize his assassination.

    What's to organize? Let's get 'r done.

Just got a twitter note from Trish Regan:
Trish Regan Primetime has learned EXCLUSIVELY that Venezuela and its current regime are on the brink of COLLAPSE! We?re talking DAYS! The American man that Venezuela owes the most money to says Communism is to blame. You hear that,

Today is 12/15/2018 so days would be before 1/01/2019. Guess we'll find out soon enough.

Russia sent two bombers halfway around the world to Venezuela for what purpose? Transporting medical supplies?

Two Russian bombers landed in Venezuela on Monday provoking a strong rebuke from U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who tweeted, ?Russia?s government has sent bombers halfway around the world to Venezuela. The Russian and Venezuelan people should see this for what it is: two corrupt governments squandering public funds and squelching liberty and freedom while their people suffer.?

Puting replied: What choice do I have, squander the money or give it to the Cliton Foundation. [:D]

Guyana (remember Jonestown) was a peaceful place until the President of Venezuela found out Exxon was exploring parts of Guyana territory for oil,, and yes there is LOTS of oil and Venezuela wants it.

This has prompted the Venezuelan President Maduro to invade (strong word) their neighbor Guyana, a relative poor nation w/o much of anything in the way of national defense.

The incident, which Guyanese authorities angrily denounced and vowed to bring to the attention of the United Nations, reignites a feud Venezuelan communist dictator Nicol?s Maduro began with the neighboring country in 2015, claiming as much as two-thirds of Guyana itself belonged to Venezuela. Guyana has repeatedly noted that Venezuela signed an agreement in 1899 on the territory in question and no disputes remain as to who owns that land.

Claim 2/3 of another nations land? That doesn't seem right. What now, to heck with maps there are no borders?

If only Guyana had a border wall, at least the world would truly understand what part the Guyana's claimed as their country. [:D]

Venezuelan Nicholas Maduro must be getting worried about who he sees as his enemy, plus, maybe the buildup of humanitarian supplies being guarded by U.S. military forces is getting him nervous.

Caracas (AFP) ? President Nicolas Maduro announced Saturday he was severing diplomatic ties with Venezuela?s neighbor Colombia after it backed his rival Juan Guaido in his attempts to bring humanitarian aid into the country.

?I have decided to break off all political and diplomatic relations with the fascist government of Colombia,? Maduro told a huge rally of his supporters in the capital Caracas.

He gave Colombia?s diplomats 24 hours to leave the country. ?Get out of here, oligarchs!? he said.

A socialist dictator throwing out the Democratic neighbor, What a joke, Brazil will be next because Brazil is now a solidly conservative country. Next he'll be calling them racist, sexist, or homophobic.

Venezuelan President reaches NEW LOW. From the violence i'd say the Cuban communists are dictating how to put down the demonstrators,, kill enough of them and the rest will catch on.

Maduro burns AID from other countries as it comes in at their border.

Burns trucks while people who need to supplies look on. Maduro has told them to ignore the donated supplies from 'imperialism enemies" and eat cake.

The real president :?: Juan Guaido, returns to Venezuela, calls for more street protests.

My first act would have been to take cover and keep from being arrested or shot. But no, he got on top some scaffolding and waved to his supporters.

The 35-year-old leader of Venezuela?s National Assembly showed off his passport before climbing onto scaffolding and pumping his fist during the demonstration in Caracas, delighting euphoric followers whose efforts to oust Maduro have fallen short in a nation gripped by a humanitarian crisis.

Trump has imposed sanctions on Cuba over their support for Nicholas Maduro, current dictator of Venezuela. Make no mistake, Cuba is calling the shots in Venezuela. My thinking is the only way Maduro will get out of Venezuela will be in box.

Cuba can't afford to lose their "sugar daddy" supplier of "free gas/oil". Personally believe Cuba has controlled Venezuela for the last 12 months.

Today marks is the sixth day of country wide power outages. The first few days all but a couple of areas were without power, the capital city Caracas had no electrical power.
"Motorists park on highways, cell phones aloft, searching for a signal. The rich have taken refuge in luxury hotels. The poor stand in lines in the street," Reeves added.

Guess rich means the wealthy and the "political elites" although the truly wealthy left a long time ago. The political elites stayed because where else can you steal so much money? Like, where did the 100 billion spent on the electrical grid go??

Today is not much better. People are getting water from streams, and water run off from storm sewers as they empty into open canals. Hope they boil before taking baths or drinking. Ooops, no electricity to boil, well hope they have propane stoves or the natural gas system is functional,, that is the parts that don't require electricity. Lots of oil, maybe they have oil burning stoves,, oooooops,, hard to deliver oil w/o electricity. Madura says it's all the fault of the U.S. Yes, a cyber attack so says Maduro,, strange, think most of Venezuela's systems are still old style analog.. :D

Hope the U.S. does NOT elect to go with socialist health care and social security. Honestly, the older V.A. hospital system would be an outstanding system in in comparison. Like,, no one would ask how you voted before giving you care or withhold care to get you to vote "correctly". This could never happen in the U.S.
A 65-year-old patient with heart failure entered his clinic ? and urgently needed oxygen, he said. The tanks sat in another room at the ready, he recalled.

But he said his Cuban and Venezuelan superiors told him to use the oxygen as a political weapon instead: Not for medical emergencies that day, but to be doled out closer to the election, part of a national strategy to compel patients to vote for the government.

May 20, 2018, was nearing, he said, and the message was clear: Mr. Maduro needed to win, at any cost.

?There was oxygen, but they didn?t let me use it,? said Dr. Arias, who defected from the Cuban government?s medical program late last year and now lives in Chile. ?We had to leave it for the election.?

Let this be a lesson to the U.S. ONCE YOUR RIGHTS ARE GONE IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THEM BACK.
Venezuelan Conservatives Pursue Gun Rights to Free Themselves from Tyranny
Venezuelans once enjoyed partial gun rights before the Ch?vez and, now, Nicol?s Maduro socialist tyranny. Ch?vez progressively violated those rights, especially after the 2002 failed coup against him, before ultimately pushing for his total ?Disarmament Law? (Ley Desarme). Ch?vez did not live to see Maduro impose that law in 2013, redeeming ?the cause? after the first dictator?s passing.

The law is an affront to individual rights, essentially banning Venezuelans from possessing firearms for any reason. The result, as with all gun restrictions, has been full disarmament of law-abiding citizens while Venezuelan prisons overflow with advanced weaponry and the nation?s murder rate skyrockets, placing it routinely atop the list of the world?s deadliest non-wartime states.
    https://www.breitbart.com/latin-america/2019/04/26/valera-venezuelan-conservatives-gun-rights/

Keep it in mind, once you've lost your gun rights,,, that coincides with when you will need a gun the most.

New Venezuelan crowd control method: RUN THEM OVER WITH ARMORED VEHICLES !!!

This isn't the only instance of deadly violence against protesters. Violence like shooting and killing unarmed protesters.

    GRAPHIC.

The Russians have made a serious mistake backing a regime that kills its citizens. Hope it will be over soon with the win going to the duly elected president. Rumor was that that Maduro had a plane on the runway and was leaving but the Russians asked him to stay. Doubtful his was asked as if he had an alternative.

Many services are no longer available to the common man in Venezuela. Services like getting buried.

    Callout the backhoes.
An overcrowded morgue in San Crist?bal, western Venezuela, has asked families of the deceased to take their bodies home or face their relatives being buried in a communal, unmarked grave, La Naci?n reported on Wednesday.

What do they do with the body when they get their "loved one home"? Oh the joy of being a socialist nation.
