old gun ammo law
does anyone remember back in the 70's , maybe penna only, all buyers
of ammo that could be used in pistols were required to list name address proof
of age over 18 and sign a log. Of course that included 22lr so every gas station and sporting goods store ran out of log paper with in a week? stupid idea.

had dual use rifle/handgun. example of how those making the regs
dont know guns.

If you look at the types of FFL (01 dealer, 02 Pawnshop, etc) you will notice a gap- type 4 and 5. Think one of those (can't remember which) was an FFL as Dealer in Ammunition ONLY. 0
