Just like the tow truck drive who refused to tow a Clinton or Sanders supporter. An individual or company, IMO, has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
FWIW, after the initial reaction, I would got my money back and left. No telling what type of sauce would have been used on the burgers.[xx(]0
