Sad, built a damn restroom for these people that can't fit in, and be done, I know I don't want a man walking into a restroom with my daughter, or my nieces.
As much as I think it's a load of crap, at least Jenner had the balls to get cut, these damn people that want to play this game, won't go thru getting cut.
Just build them a dressing room, restroom for them.
Now for a gym to open adding the cost of not 2 but 3 dressing rooms, showers.

Hud has also issued a rule that you can't use a persons criminal background to refuse to rent to him. Now it's discrimination. Most local laws require a criminal background check and hold the landlord responsible for criminal activity and require eviction if there is criminal activity. Its a new world all right. 0 -
