I haven't seen a Cruz supporter yet who said that they would vote for Trump if Cruz was added to the ticket.
I imagine if Cruz was slated as VP, he'd get the same treatment that Ben Carson (formerly a favorite of the Tea Party) got. Carson has been pretty widely slammed as a traitor by Cruz supporters.0 -
