I have a Ruger model 1751 GP100 that I cant find out much about. Does anyone know its history? It comes in .38 Special only I think. Its Stainless

You can look up the date it is made on Ruger's website, that would be a start. Don't know of GP-100 In only 38? but someone will.

Post the serial number. We can tell mfg date.

Mine is Cat Number KGP 831 and they dont list it?

See quite a few 38 special only gp 100?s here in Florida they were made for the security companies .

No its a model 1751 GP 100 and Im fishing for information on the Ruger forum to no avail yet. I will call Ruger in the near future.
