Old compact cleaning kit -- what is it?

Came across this among my father's things. Never seen anything like it. Has to be for pistol, maybe a 30 or 38 ??

Anyone ever seen this?

  From an AK/ SKS buttstock cleaning kit.. Don't know enough about them to pinpoint any particular year/model/manufacturer..

  ChiCom SKS. The AK kit has a combination tool while the SKS kit (shown) has only the punch. There are other differences, but now you know what it is. They aren't worth much, but every SKS should have one.

  Thanks. Dad never owned either one. Somewhere out there someone's missing a cleaning kit. lol

  5-10 bucks but if you have an SKS ,it needs one, just sayin/
