cimarron model P jr
Is a Cimarron Model Pjr strong enough to convert the 32 H&R magnum cylinder to 327 Federal Magnum? Thanks for input.

I would check the length of the cylinder first, before anything else. The 327's OAL, is 1/8" longer than the H & R mag. 0 -
It also comes with a 32-20 cylinder so the length is adequate, I was wondering about the strength of fame etc. Thanks Ken 0 -
I'd start with looking at the specs for operating pressures and then take into consideration a straight case vs. a bottleneck.

Your 32 Mag is hotter than the 32-20, the 327 Mag appears to be a lot hotter yet.
Length of the cylinder could be an issue as well the strength. The conversion might stand it for a while and the then shoot loose from the stress. Maybe ask the pistol maker for some guidance.0
