    Model 151K made 1950 to 1951.

    Trap nailed it. Treat the stock gently- they seem to have a tendency to crack at the wrist. 24" barrel. Surprisingly accurate little rifles.

    Would this rifle be C&R eligible? Seems like it should at over 60 years old.

    It should be, being over 50 years old. Some dealers are super cautious though. If you can get a screen shot or a Blue Book, etc. Showing that they were only made for a couple of years. They would be more amenable.
