do they make a tube to add another shell to the rem tac 14

  Perhaps a standard 870 mag extension would fit and work with that grip. Looks like it will stick out past the barrel, not usually done.

  Yes. Get a 1 (ONE) shot extension. Should come to just the end of a 14" barrel. Of course, you will still have to swage or drill out the dimples that they put in for the lock that keeps the barrel nut from turning. And putting in a detent on the barrel ring will probably be necessary.
