I think them come in Inch and Metric versions. Not sure the parts interchange.

Google "cetme 308 military rifle schematics"

This is the outfit from Chicago, who imported the Cetme's, back in the 60's. "Mars Equipment Corp". When you GOOGLE using their name, i.e. "mars equipment cetme", bunch of links come up. Might be able to find what your looking for, tracing the links?

It's been years, since I've seen a Cetme. Believe they had a enbloc, trigger mechanism. Not easily disassembled, i.e. soldier proof. Be careful, that the trigger parts your selling. Don't have anything to do, with a selective fire trigger mechanism. The feds consider this the same as selling a fully assembled functional machine gun.

    EDIT #1,

I think that Century Arms sold a knock-off Cetme, using a U.S. built receiver? Make sure you figure out, if the parts your selling. Are Century knock-offs, or original Spanish Cetme parts. Before you put them on the auction. Big difference not only in value, but in pissed off customers. If they think their buying original Spanish Cetme and are getting Century caca instead.

Parts are not worth much, probably less than 15-20 bucks for whole pile but ARE legal to sell. Machine guns parts are even legal in California, not in Washington (State not DC). They are NOT conversion parts. Some builders of rifles sold off these parts for $5.00 a set because they were replaced by 922R legal parts, ie. US made parts
