H&R Pardner Pump Question.

A customer brought in a Harrington & Richardson Pardner 20 gauge shotgun missing the magazine follower. I checked with Numrich and they are sold out. My question is: Will a magazine follower from another brand 20 gauge work? Any help will be appreciated.

  I would think something could be adapted to work. I'm guessing you could turn something on a drill press with a file that would work.

  They are listed on line, as being a Chinese copy of a Remington 870. Made by Norinco.
  
  GPC has the followers listed on their site for $7.50. But they are out of them.

  Might consider if they are knock-offs of the 870. A Remington follower will work in yours?

  Found a new after market follower on fleabay. Shipped for $18.00. Works great!
