Pre 64 Winchester 94

Can anybody tell me if a magazine for a 26 inch barrel from a post 1964 rifle will fit a pre 64 94 rifle. My pre 64 measures 25.25 but I do not have a post 64 with a 26 inch barrel to check it out.

  In January of 1938 Winchester discontinued manufacturing Model 94 Sporting Rifles, choosing to offer the Model 64 Rifle instead. Only the 20-inch Carbine was available from that point on.
