Torque settings for Anschutz 1813 action screws

Does anyone know the recommended torque settings for the action screws on an Anschutz 1813 supermatch?

  For correct tightening of the action screws, ANSCH?TZ recommends the use of a torque wrench, starting at 2.5 Nm ( 22 inch-lbs ) and not to exceed 4.0 Nm ( 35 inch-lbs).
  
  EDIT: Note: Both screws should be the same torque on the 1813
