How does removing magazine disconnect
reduce trigger pull on a high power?

The disconnect is powered by a spring and plunger between the trigger and the front face of the magazine.
One less spring, less trigger pull and drop free magazine.
Note: The competition model with muzzle weight and funny looking sheet metal rear sight has a different setup that does not bear on the trigger.0 -
the fact is it does not change the trigger pull It eliminates the friction as the trigger moves up the side of magazine 0 -
Makes sense PS. 0 -
If you look on the magazines, you will see wear. That shows how much pressure it is putting on the magazine which you have to overcome. 0 -
I removed 2 out of my 3 HP magazine disconnects.
In my MK3 HP's I found that they really needed a stronger trigger spring after the disconnect was removed.
I used a Wolf Extra Power Trigger spring:

That combo makes the trigger reset smoother.0
