Could anyone tell me the age of a Browning SA 22 Serial number 02435MY2XX

I make the "MY" code, to be 2002. The 4 digits before the "MY", are the actual serial number. The numbers after the "MY", would be the model/identifier.

Ok Thanks the last 3 numbers were 212 does that just refer to SA-22 than

Correct, that's Brownings designation for the 22 semi-auto rifle.
