I 'think' I have it figured out.......... A .240 WEATHERBY cut off with a .375" bullet

Interesting, too bad the brass is expensive.

added Well that sounds a lot better than a .224 Wby case.

We've even necked the .240 Weatherby case up to .416 and named it the .416 Ross Express. It is a very reasonable and efficient case for even the heavier bullets in that category.
