1898 Krag Help

I have a model 1898 Krag action with bolt and barrel. It's marked U. S. Springfield Armory serial no 1894xx. If i sell this on line does it have to go to a FFL? Or is it old enough that it dose not have to?

  It was manufactured in 1899 so it just missed antique status. It needs to go to a Type 01 FFL. As it's only a barreled action, it isn't C&R eligible.
