what would cause a glock 19 gen 3 ejecting back in my face??

seems to me the Extractor is working "this is what pulls the case out of the chamber " But the ejector is bent or broken at the forward tip The ejector it's job is to contact one place on the head of the case and cause this case to move to the left or right or up to clear the ejection port 0 -
From a Glock chatroom where people brought this issue up about Gen 3 Glocks:
'Call Glock. Give them the serial number of the gun and the number stamped on the ejector. Tell them about your problem and that you are a Glock armorer or have access to one. They will, more than likely, send you a new extractor and ejector free.'
My Gen-3 G-19 has never had this issue, but I know others have. Some have put in Lone Wolf Extractors and replaced the ejector as well...0
