Anybody got Bill's book that can look up an Owl Head for me? Safety Automatic DA,7 shot, 22rf, 2 inch bbl, #333xx. Just wondering about how old.

  I believe some are marked underneath the grips. With either a prefix or a suffix, that are used for dating. Take your grips off, and see if they are marked with anything. Besides the serial number.

  Thanks for the response. Under the grip it appears to be an E before the #.
