winchester pre 64 model 70??

Hey Winchester guys could any of you tell me when this rifle was made. serial #566050.Bore looks very good blueing worn tru to the steel in places,the stock looks like it was used as a club.action is smooth as silk. I will be taking it to the range to see how it shoots this weekend Thanks bill

  You never said what caliber/chambering it is in, or what flavor it is...Featherweight, Supergrade, Sporter, etc...

  Per Roger Rule's book: #565901 was 1/2/63, and #567547 was 2/4/63.
