Can anyone identify this short 22 Ruger? barrel ??

Bought this many years ago and have no idea what it is for. It has no stamps/markings anywhere that we can see. Total length as seen is 12.75", barrel itself with threaded piece 12", threaded piece 1.5" long. Bore excellent.

  It appears to be a barrel for a Ruger 10/22 that has been shortened and threaded for use with a suppressor.
