winchester model 70 pre 64

rifle is in excellant condition , feather weight model,I assume it has original satin finish but is dull in spots, what is bleanest way to clean stock? do not want to refinish!

  I have a very nice Winchester Model 70 with an extremely detailed hand carved custom Fajen stock. I would like to find an inexpensive stock that I can put on the gun for hunting in the field. How do I know what will fit when I look at them online? It is a LA 25-06. Any information would be greatly helpful. By researching the serial number it is a pre-64 model.

  Birchwood Casey Stock Sheen & Conditioner, just don't know if it is still available, always worked well for me.
