  There is no difference in reliability. Cant speak for the G41 but I have two Glock 21's and a G30 and reliability is the same. Glock would not market a gun that was "less reliable" than their other models.
  
  As far as accuracy is concerned, generally longer guns are better as the sight radius is increased.

  They are all good, as long as they are the 45 ACP, and not the 45 GAP. The 45 GAP has had some issues.

  I have owned 2 G21's, a G30 and G36. All four were completely reliable with every type/load I have feed them.
