to see kansas legislature pass a budget ..they keep trying to get school funding back to the level it was a few years ago...and opposition call it a tax increase....our little school has enuff money to send busses halfway e/w across the state for a track meet...now thats an educational boost...thy are locked up on about everything but nonsense feel good bs
