    Oddly enough the previous record was 14 innings. One of those games was 102 years ago between, Boston & the Brooklyn Robins( now the L.A. Dodgers) Winning pitcher: Babe Ruth

    The Red Sox began looking really tired, flat wore out, about the 13th or 14th inning. It was just about at this point that I thought LA was going to win the game.

    I remember the last time I was in the LA area, I went to a Dodgers game. I remember that they quit serving beer after the 7th inning. Could you imagine being at sporting event without having a beer for 11 innings[:0][:0]
