We have an elderly veteran with this problem
One of many examples:
At an outdoor concert 5 veterans sat on a hill side
A women was singing that was very good.
I looked through my binoculars and said she is black.
As I passed the binoculars around all agreed except one, and said she is white.
His problem is simple
He can not tell a bull-shizz from a lie
