It is really close to the house. 10 or 15 feet.

If it was further away i would place tannerite over the hole and shoot it.

    A little off-road diesel will take care of them

    A quart of gasoline with a little oil in it.
    Dump in hole after dark and light match.
    Put rock over hole.
    Done.
    Whatever way you choose, wait until after dark when they are all in the hive.

    put gas in a plastic/2 liter bottle tip the bottle up in the hole and leave the bottle upside down in the hole till drains all the gas, bottle will block them from comming in or going out

    No offensive Dave, but that's one of the dumbest thoughts that you could have come up with. If it was 30 feet would you have done that? Pour something like the above mentioned stuff down the hole and be done with them. Don't go to explosives for a bit of bee's my friend..[:0]
