But CNN is not a NEWS source, they are using Jim Accosta to attack the President and his agenda in a partisan fashion. In the end, I believe the courts will find that Accosta does not have a 1st Am. right to participate at the briefings, that the fact that other reporters from the same NEWS agency can participate reinforces that decision. If Accosta should win, move him to the back and don't ask him questions. When he interrupts, trying to bring the spotlight on him, ban him again.

    What shilowar said. Reporters do not have a right to be in the press conference. They are there at the President's pleasure, not the other way around. Reporters have to apply to be credentialed there, and that request can be denied or revoked at any time, with or without explanation. When I worked as a media spokesman for NASA, that exact phrase was in the agreement every reporter had to sign to be credentialed for access to the space center.

    CNN is free to apply for any other reporter to attend.

    It didn't get shut down from vandalism, any idiot would know you can't vandalize a Wikipedia page. You can just add your thoughts, which is freedom of speech. Of course we know that Wikipedia zone by Google which is a liberal company. So there you go, more liberals taking away freedom of speech from conservatives and screaming about freedom of the their speech. You guys are a bunch of freaking hypocrites...
