PG&E to file for bankruptcy amid massive forest fire liabilities
PG&E, which is facing billions of dollars in liabilities related to the wildfires that ravaged California, has been discussing with large banks about debtor-in-possession financing. The total liabilities could range from $3 billion to $5 billion.
Well, the compassionate state of Kommiefornia has 6 BiLLION in the bank,, yes, cash in the bank and they don't want to spend it to help make people whole because of the fire they (PG&E) caused. Rather spend it on social engineering projects.[:0]

I lived in CA in the Late 60's early 70's and I cannot fathom what happened to the people there.
That state is the most jacked up place in this country, they need to start over.
Every citizen needs to see that clip 10 min before they vote and if they continue to vote for these scum bags like Kamila harris, moonbeam and maxine waters they should be commited to an insane asylum(they are already it called the state of California).

A lot of my family (retired now) were PG&E employees, I had 13yrs in with them before I got hurt, and my Dad retired as a division manager. Franc's family too. Back then it was one of the largest privately owned utilities, and for years had the best service and lowest rates in the country.
Then the dimocrats came along, then the tree huggers. Made the company sell off assets, and slapped heavy regulations on them. The CPUC froze their rates where they could only charge half of what it cost to produce and distribute power.
The state has done every thing they can, to destroy the company. The hard fact is, there will be chaos if they succeed.
Two interesting points today.
One, I still haven't seen where PG&E was found to be at fault. I could type a whole page about the state trying to cover their butts right now, and Jerry Brown stain in particular.
Two, that pos CEO that bailed out, got a $6.5 Million payout. The important part is, she took it in stock options, after that stock just tanked. Really? Who takes a load of worthless paper for a payout...if you didn't know something the share holders don't know?

Many years ago, we read classic literature of why Rome failed: All was relative to GOVERNMENT.
