three of Wichita's finest young men robbed a woman who collapsed in her car outside a taco joint..took money, items, and her wedding ring ...someone finally called 911 but she died in the hospital from a brain aneurysm...caught em couple days later...big reward from crimestoppers and for first time police dept also posted a reward for stolen property..her husband was on tv asking for its return ......poor under privileged minority perps
