How many children go hungry in America?
As many as 17 million children nationwide are struggling with what is known as food insecurity.

Close the borders and Jail employers that knowingly hire illegals and lets feed our Vets,Seniors and Kids not illegals

    Why not get rid of Federal welfare entirely? Then you wouldn't have to worry about what side of an imaginary line a child was born on. You could just give food to whomever you want to give it to.

    Too much fraud with the current system. The children will still be hungry after their parents trade their $200 worth of food stamps or whatever it's called these days for pills/drugs or $75-$100 cash to go buy pills/drugs with. It's been going on for years so don't see it changing anytime soon. Too many parents care more about pills/drugs than they care about their kids, luckily for some of those children they have grandparents that feed them, clothe them, and love them like their parents are supposed to do.

    The people coming here are more willing to work because they are fleeing poverty, and they are less able to obtain benefits because of status, so what may be happening is they are displacing some of our workers into lower paying jobs.

    They may also be depressing wages.

    we have huge food drives in Kansas for kids??? whoever ...and i have issues with this..i would wager almost 100% have a home, car, big TV, cell phones, minutes, computer, assistance cards of some kind....SO WHY THE HELL is any kid hungry ??? first where is parental responsibility ???

    I am 82 years old and was born and raised in the depression. We always had food but no luxuries. I have never seen a starving child in my lifetime in America. I have seen some that were hungry but it was the fault of their parents. It is possible to eat here at a very low cost.
    I would say that now days 100% of the hungry claims are BS. The yall have cellphones and video games. We played in the dirt and made our own toys. Some times you can buy 100lbs of potatoes for $10.00 that is a lot of food. But they want microwave dinners.

    Agree, Open Borders like and end to the Second Amendment a DEMOCRAT party core value.

    Most vets and seniors do not vote DEMOCRAT. The whole idea of "Open Borders" was twofold: Future DEMOCRAT voters and means to destroy our culture.
